Endoscopic removal of foreign material after unsuccessful removal without an incision
This case concerns a 45-year-old woman seeking removal of foreign material injected at another clinic 8 years earlier. After removal without an incision was unsuccessful, endoscopic subperiosteal dissection and capsulotomy were performed through a small scalp incision, and the intramuscular foreign material was removed with forceps. In the temporal and cheek regions, subcutaneous foreign material was excised en bloc through facelift incisions. Recovery was favorable at 7 days. PRS KOREA 2020 electronic poster EP-308.
