Endoscopically assisted malarplasty: one incision and two dissection planes
This paper reports endoscopic zygoma reduction in 32 selected patients between December 1999 and August 2001. Through a short temporal incision, dissection was performed in two planes, followed by complete osteotomy of the zygomatic arch and incomplete osteotomy of the zygomatic body. Lee JS, Kang S, Kim YW.
